The recently built, fully hygienised and sanitised cottage has ample free parking in front. It is finely furnished and suitable for families, groups (sporting, musical and theatrical) but is also perfectly suited to accommodate professionals seeking comfortable spaces.

It is composed of three rooms with 7 beds and a baby bed; a large living room with two comfortable sofa beds, a well-equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, and a large garden with barbecue.The house is entirely at the guests’ disposal and is immersed in the silence of the early Modenese countryside. There is TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, microwave and nespresso available.
